Clarion Collection Bulfinch Hotel - Page 2

The location is great, it's near everything, the Faniul Hall science museum, and subways. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable, but I had hard time getting the room cleaned, the maid did not want to service out room. I overheard the saying that they did not want to service our room, and they missed one day totally, and forgot to leave toilet paper on another. I don't think leaving fresh towels, emptying a trash can, and leaving some coffee is too much to ask!

It was in an excellent location close to where I was working. The room was clean, pleasant, and functional.

The costs were far too high for the size of the room and the amenities I received at this hotel. The hotel staff, while nice, was in over their heads and didn't offer great service. No restaurants were within a safe walking distance.

This hotel was conveniently located to the TD Banknorth Garden, which held the events for which I was in Boston. Parking was convenient, though not included in the price of the hotel. The rooms were small, but immaculate! The hotel staff was extremely helpful. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, though pricey. The price for the room was very reasonable for the location and well below the prices for other hotels located close the venue.
