The hotel is very difficult to find, and when I called the hotel for directions, the staff was unable to direct me to the hotel. I spoke with three different people and got three different sets of directions. I made a reservation for a suite, and was given a much smaller room, I had to fight with the day manager for an adjustment to my rate. The pool was slimy.
