27 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If you are looking for a clean room, nice pool to swim in, and good customer service, this is not the place for you. I have never written a review before, but I was so disappointed in picking this hotel, I had to make sure others did not stay here.
The lobby is nice; however, the pool is CARPETED!!!! It is covered in mold, and filthy. Our room had holes in the carpet, with very old, used furniture. This would be expected in a $33.00 dollar a night hotel, not a $140.00 night hotel. When we were greeted, the gentleman was very short tempered and did not show a welcoming presence.
The only good thing I can report is that the pillows were decent, and when we stated that we forgot our toothbrushes, the hotel did have some in stock. Good Luck....
