The salad bar was great but the rest of the food was terrible. Not done the way we ordered, the butter had been in the refrigerator for weeks and tasted that way, but the waitress was unique and funny. I would not eat there again for the money. Do...

If you are looking for a clean room, nice pool to swim in, and good customer service, this is not the place for you. I have never written a review before, but I was so disappointed in picking this hotel, I had to make sure others did not stay here.
The lobby is nice; however, the pool is CARPETED!!!! It is covered in mold, and filthy. Our room had holes in the carpet, with very old, used furniture. This would be expected in a $33.00 dollar a night hotel, not a $140.00 night hotel. When we were greeted, the gentleman was very short tempered and did not show a welcoming presence.
The only good thing I can report is that the pillows were decent, and when we stated that we forgot our toothbrushes, the hotel did have some in stock. Good Luck....

The newly remodeled pool area was fantastic and the kids loved the ping pong table! The restaurant staff, especially the morning hostess, was very friendly. The room was clean and the staff was very professional.

I went for a Science Fiction convention. They were very accommodating to our needs. The exercise room was lame but the pool area was great though heavy on chlorine. The staff could have responded quicker to a convention security issue.

Upon checkout I paid cash. I had several $100 bills in an envelope. I paid my bill and accidentally left the envelope on the front desk when I departed! Too much luggage and thinking about a presentation I had to give that afternoon, I managed to forget the envelope.
The hotel did not have my phone number, but they knew which company I was in town to work with. They quickly called the company, let them know I had left $300 in cash at the front desk, and they arranged to get my money back to me very quickly. Phenomenal!

I had been to this hotel several years ago when it was a Sheraton Hotel. It was great then. I wasn't sure what to expect before I walked in, because it is now a Clarion Hotel. I was impressed with what I saw. The lobby had been completely remodeled, was very modern, bright and welcoming.
It is an older establishment, but it is as clean as it was the day it opened, I'm sure. The housekeeping staff is obviously meticulous. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly.
I also enjoyed their new sports bar, it’s a great place to grab a drink and watch the game with other hotel guests and local people. I give it an A+++.
