Claridge Inn Inn - Page 1

I contacted this hotel and they would not give me a reservation. They said that if I wanted a reservation I had to call another hotel. How are you supposed to travel to another state and take the chance of having to sleep in your car?!?

I have recently tried to make a reservation here and could not get them on the phone even after holding for 45 mins.

We stayed at this hotel while my husband was working. we thought we found a great place to stay because they have rooms with kitchenettes. Only to discover that they had serious plumbing issues and the raw sewage was coming out of the floor in the kitchen. they let us stay in a different small room and said the plumber would come to fix the problem. Well, 5 days later they moved us to a different room with a kitchenette AND NEVER BOTHERED TO CLEAN THE ORIGINAL ROOM (YUCK). The original room smelt of raw sewage and you could see the crap on the floor, literally. So we changed rooms only to discover there was no hot water. I asked them to fix the problem so I could take a shower. The manager/owner never bothered to come check it out. Apparently they don't care because they aren't affected by the problems and they already have our money.
