We stayed some dazs in this old classi Hotel. The staff is not always giving his best, you have to negotiate the service, it does not seem to come naturally which is a pity as the substance and location is fine.

The staffs(front desk, boys, and waiters) are cold. The bathroom, elevators and the beds are too small. It's not a five star hotel! To me the hotel is a historical building only.

My stay at the Claridge was everything I expected. It was a good value, a good room, and a great location. It is walking distance to nearly all of Buenos Aires that you would want to see, and within walking distance to several very nice resturants....
