Excellent

One of the finest hotels anywhere

25 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

One of the finest hotels in all of the Bay Area, featuring a whole arrangement of spa amenities and luxurious experience for the whole family or just a romantic getaway. One of the best!

I am very likely to return to the Claremont Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Stay Away

A sad disappointment

39 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I've stayed there many times but was sadly disappointed during this stay. Their customer service, spa quality and overall ambiance have gone way downhill. They have rude management. There is no excuse for this with the prices the Claremont charges. My advice: Don't bother, but if you insist, check your rate quote very carefully!

I am not likely to return to the Claremont Resort and Spa.
I would not recommend it to friends.
