Claremont Hotel Miami Beach

I booked(prepaid) a room there for (1) night last weekend and when i arrived, i was told the hotel was booked with no vacancies. after putting up a fuss, they somehow found a room that needed to be cleaned. anyways, my wife and i entered the room(almost and hour later) to find dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom, and noisy neighbors who can be heard thru very thin walls. we had no bathtowels until i found the linen closet on my own. overall, the experience was unpleasant and i would not recommend anyone to stay there.

worms in the soap dish , T.V didn't work. Bathroom was over all gross and there was no parking included. Staff was lazy no hair dryers .. We actually had to remind them for towels which we had to go downstairs for, the elevator not up to date.

I enjoyed the clerk's friendliness and knowledge about the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, within a couple of minutes of Miami beach, without being too expensive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The clerk was congenial. She was able to engage me in small talk about the reason for my visit to Miami.
