The city Hotel Frankfurt (3 stars) is located in a quiet lane directly in the city center and is only few steps away from the famous Frankfurter sights like Konstablerwache or Zeil. The hotel offers the service of a modern city hotel and was renovated in August 2004. On five floors there are 30 comfortable single- double and three bed rooms. No AC, only a small fan, extremely noisy from all kinds of traffic, bad neighborhood (adult strip joints), drunks wandering the street. Clean room and good breakfast. Very small private parking needed to pay extra.
