35 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
As a little a child I remember Circus Circus was the Vacation hot spot where my Parents would take us every year. My Father Past away 2 Yrs ago and the anniversary of his death was upon us. I decided to take my children there, when I called reservations I spoke to several agents to get prices and was unsure I wanted to stay there until I spoke with someone by the name of Casey. She was so understanding and helpful that I decided to make reservations and had two room. She went through the process of explaining the newly remodeled rooms and the 24/7 housekeeping staff, the restaurants hours of operations and and also the midway, FREE PARKING, Valet their new billiards room on the sky walk I thought was impressive, and yes, no hotel could go without a retail shop. they have 6 of them. She made me feel like I was important at that time.
When I got there, there was a long line for checking in but it was all worth it. We got to our rooms and when I opened the door it smelt clean, and looked nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean. I called for extra towels and pillows and in no time I heard a knock at my door when I opened it up there was a housemen at the door with my extra towels and pillows I was impressed normally we would have to wait a long time at any other hotel to receive our request for more towels/pillows.
I love the cleanliness of the hotel and their staff. But what would keep me coming back is the way they would go out of their way to make you feel important (especially after a tragedy like this). There 8am check-in is unbelievable.
Some people may not have the best attitude or make you feel like nothing but CIRCUS CIRCUS RENO their performance it is EXCELLENT. My children had a great time, I get to keep all my memories of my Father and my children enjoying themselves at Circus Circus.
