Casino staff is lacking in courtesy, friendliness and speed. We ended up gambling elsewhere because the casino floor staff was so incompetent.

This was first-ever stay at Circus Circus, and was displeased because they put me in a room right by the maid's stockroom/office, so there was a lot of noise could hear as late as midnight and as early as 6am. Also, the check-in woman was discourteous.
