Circus Circus has fallen into noisy messiness, with poor service and an inattentive staff. I left after two days and moved into Wynn, which is an amazing place.

This hotel made me feel practical: They dealt with me in a no-nonsense way, as if I were a valued commodity.

Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Reno has gone trough a number of renovations over the last 20 years - each one making it a better stay and more inviting.

Currently it rivals any other casino hotel in Reno. Non-smoking areas actually exist making the hotel additionally appealing.

With a huge arcade aimed at entertaining the under 21 crowd, Circus Circus is definitely a family winner.

The Circus Circus hotel is the best value for my money. They offer more perks than any other hotel in Reno.

This is a family-friendly hotel, and the location is close to the airport. The rooms were standard, but can boast good customer service. The front desk was accommodating. There were several eateries to curb all appetites. It's not a bad choice for families.

I love the hotel but I mostly go there for its casino and location.

I usually stay at the Circus Circus hotel in Reno. It is a good location, with clean rooms and a fair price.

The location of the hotel was ok, the front lobby was kind of hard to find if you did not know where to look. Our room was horrible. There were two lamps, one of which worked, we were on the seventeenth floor, the windows were bolted shut, the air conditioning unit was set to sixty six degrees, it did not circulate around the whole room, just in front of the window. We should have had a king size bed, but we ended up with two queen size beds instead. The mattresses were horrible, there was no support on the sides of the bed, so when my husband and I went to lay down on both sides of the bed, it felt as if we were falling off the bed. The shower water was bad. It had some sort of chlorine or something in it and when we took showers, the water burned our skin. We will be going up to Reno yearly, but we will never stay there again.

It's friendly, clean, and has a great location. It's kid friendly and has a fun atmosphere. It took a really long time to check in. It's easy to find your way around the casino and it has fun shops. It has a wonderful and really fun amusement park, even just to walk around in.

Decent Reno stay. Stayed here a few years ago. Normally prefer to stay at the El Dorado but when there are no rooms, Circus is my "backup." I actually stayed here a couple of times, and one time we got the luxuty suite, which was very cool. Two bathrooms, each with phone, huge dining room table with seating for 8, couches, tvs, double door, very swank. It's a fun place to go, play some carnival games, win some stuffed animals. Circus is connected to the Silver Legacy and the ElDorado via an indoor walkway where there are shops, restaurants, etc. All in all, Circus isn't my #1 Reno pick, but it's a perfectly good place to stay, especially if you get their nicer rooms.

We love the hotel. It offers great weekly prices, the front desk staff is always helpful and courteous and the rooms are very nice. The location is perfect and centrally located and the area is good. I would highly recommend it to tourists. They have a great casino, good restaurants and something to entertain the kids. We usually stay there as we have found it to be very family oriented and fun.

They have easy access to adjoining casinos and dining establishments from hot dogs to gourmet meals.

I liked the hotel, it was very kid oriented. It is an extremely busy hotel, the elevators were slow and the pool was not located in a convenient place.

We had a great time. There is no better place if you're taking kids. We took my nephew,13, who lives with us and my brother had his son,5 and they both had a blast. There is something for all ages.

We did not expect, nor did we like the necessity to take a tram to get from our rooms to the casino and/or entertainment. Other than that, all was well. Courteous parking attendants very commendable!
