My family used this hotel for our reunion. It made our trip unbearable. First nothing they had on their website was exact. Example: heated pool - NOT!!! The hotel looked like it had not been updated since the 80's. Some of my relatives rooms were not cleaned when we initially checked in. Then you basically had to stand over them to get your room cleaned. And let's not talk about clean towels and bath clothes. First of all, the hotel staff had no dress code, so you had people that look like they stepped off the street in your rooms. Can I say SAFETY! On that Saturday, we left about 10 that morning,on our outing. When we returned on Saturday evening (after 9) some of my relatives rooms still had not been cleaned. Their sheets in a ball on the floor. When the people from housekeeping came up, (after we kept calling) they took the sheets off the floor and attempted to put them back on the bed!!! EEEWWW I would advise anyone in their right mind to stay some where else. Oh yeah, they charge you for movies that you were not even at the hotel to watch!!!! CHECK YOUR BILL if you brave to stay at this place!!!!!!

Reservations were made online as well as ticket purchases for local sightseeing. The hotel had the sightseeing tickets at the counter which was very convenient.
