36 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I would likely return to this hotel because I met my fiance here, however, the hotel itself was not worth the 4 stars it claimed. The room was small, dirty, and smelly. The furnitures were small, old, and uncomfortable. The check in time was 4 PM and check out is 11 AM. In my opinion, the hotel cheated the customers on time stayed here. The bathroom was small, the shower made noises, and ventilating wa snot working. I might have placed me in a temporary room awaiting for the actual guest room and forgot to switch me due to the fact that I was easy. The view was so pathetic! If it wasn't for the memory of meeting my fiance here, I would never ever come back here. I would not give this hotel a 1 if there was a zero available.

The rate was excellent, I am very happy with that. The check in time was 4 PM, and the check out was 11 AM, according to my opinion, the hotel cheats the guest on time. Secondly, the room was supposed to be 4 stars expectation. It was not worth 2 a stars. The room was small, the furnitures were old, small, and uncomfortable. The TV was also so old looking. There was no scenery. The bathroom's ventilation wasn't working, the shower made noise the minute I turned on the water. They claimed to have a bath-robe, I did not see any in there. I am not sure if they placed me a temporary room awaiting for a nicer room to be available and forgot to switch me. I asked to be switched a few times, and yet, I still had all of the problems mentioned above. Oh, if you stayed past 11 Am, they threatened to charge you for 1/2 a day. Such a bad bad hotel, and embarrassment for a 4 stars. I would give this hotel a zero if there is such a thing. I get upset each time I think of this trip. Please stay away from this hotel.

Its an excellent location for getting around to all areas, restaurants, entertainment, or local points of interest. The comfort and service could not have been better. I would go back anytime.
There was no hustle and bustle just lots of friendly employees.
I am very likely
to return to the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I like this place - parking is $8 (self park) and there's an elevator to the hotel lobby. We spent an extra $40 for Conciege Room so we could use their room for drinks and food...probably won't next time as the 'hot' hors d'o was just a pot full of dry pastry balls with cheese inside. It was an honor bar so you fill in the little form for what you drink - $6 for glass of wine and about the same for a mixed drink - then give the form to front desk when checking out. The gal who looked after the Concierge room was seldom there and when she was it was just to fill up her plate with whatever food she could and then leave. The breakfast wasn't much better ... just hot scrambled eggs and cold cereals, toast, OJ, sweetie buns, etc.
Room service was great ... highly recommend their pork ribs, a huge side.
Room was nice, and had Revive bedding so they were soft and very comfortable. No balcony, 2 double beds, desk & chair, soft chair but no sofa.
I've stayed before and would go back, just not pay the extra for Concierge.

The hotel has an exceptional staff, certainly what I have come to expect from the Marriott hotels which is why I choose to go there when I have a choice.
