Okay
We were unable to regulate the temperature in our room. The room was unbearably hot and the thermostat did not work. When we called the front desk to let them know, they were rude and sent a dirty, dust covered fan to our room. Everyone we talked ...

The hotel was very nice. I had not stayed at a Marriott International in some time. The front desk was very helpful.
When we came in, the woman who checked us in took us on a small tour to make sure we knew where useful parts of the facility were located. She was also helpful in telling us the best door to enter, the one closest to our room.
I am very likely
to return to the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast.

Excellent
From the moment I walked in the door there was someone greeting me and making me feel welcome! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Love the down bedding, like sleeping on a cloud! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
