The location is easy to get to. The staff members know us by name. The only thing they need to work on is the dining facility. The food is not the best for the price.
They knew our names and they gave us extra water. They went out of their way to come over and talk to us.

Most importantly, the hotel is non-smoking. I have asthma, so this meant a lot to me. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. Thank you very much!!

The staff at this Marriott always go out of there way to please every guest. When in the Cincinnati area, I suggest visiting the Newport on the Levy, upscale dining and shopping, the Cincinnati Fire Museum, the museum center at Union Terminal, the William H. Taft museum, and the Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival. Public transportation is available to downtown Cincinnati from CVG.
The bedding is in a word, awesome. The food is nothing less than fantastic. The staff makes me feel like a VIP.

Everything was great except when reserving the stay online. I thought I was paying for the room with my credit card, not just reserving it, so I was quite surprised to find that I owed money for the weekend. The credit card was not mine when we made the reservation. It should have been clearer on the site. Plus in order to pay a signed fax had to be sent with a copy of the credit card and driver's license instead of just the credit card number over the phone. It was quite frustrating. Also, when I gave my personal credit card at check-in, for ID purposes only I thought, the expenses buffer was taken out so my cash flow unexpectedly disappeared for the weekend. The person there was exceptional at finding a solution to this problem after a fax was sent with credit card info allowing me to pay for the weekend and an additional night's stay which was then reimbursed to me in cash so everything worked out fine. Still, it was a great deal more complicated than it should have been.

The suite we stayed in was very well appointed and spacious. The romance package was a welcome addition to our stay. The restaurant was quite nice also.

Our family went to the River City Grill to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food and service were excellent! The staff and manager went out of their way to make our evening special. The atmosphere was relaxing and the ambience was enjoyable.
