We have been going to the dells for over 20 years. Stayed a lot of places and this hotel dosnt stand up for what it advertises (well maybe they dont say anything and we didnt ask). First let me say that the food all over the resort was delicious. We dont normally eat inside the resort but the food was that good. Service was on average for all other. On the other hand the water park....horrible. sure there were nice slides inside and a couple nice outside. There wasnt a pool just to do nothing. The pools are so small we felt like an episode of Spongebob squarepants with all the sardines indside of the Krusty crab. The outside pools were dirty. There is not enough seating for even 1 third of the guests. We were there Aug 2008. On a good note if you want to excersice you will get enough walking between your room and anything else you want to do. If you are going for the view and not using the pool - go for it it is beautiful but if you are going with young kids - stay away.

Horrible Housekeeping, bare bones/minimum cleaning. Ex: dirty towels left in restroom, comforter pulled up to cover sheets in total disarray. One reason we chose this resort was 4 Workout room & it was out of order. Had to call Front desk for towels; sheets, more than once and each time it took between 30 minutes – 1 hour to receive items. No Wi-Fi connect on first floor/lobby as promised via call prior to visit. Other than 2-3 slides waterparks mainly for younger kids. We had hoped to spend most of our time at the resort, instead we spent most of our time away; spending more money in addition to the average $206 a nt @ the resort. Many employees do not comprehend or speak English well. The remote did not work 4 TV, so 1 hr later an employee came up with a toolbox. We did end up receiving free meals for our stay b/c of the horrible experience, but we had to pay in advance & they would refund us @ checkout & ofcourse the Mgr who promised this had the day off when we checked out. It eventually got worked out. I will never stay here again or refer anyone to this place.

Though the view was incredible, and the rooms were big and beautiful. The service received was poor, especiall for the price we paid to rent the condos. They never picked up the trash, they never delivered and picked up towels. When did deliver the towels (when we opened the door and asked them because they were in the hall) they came in and tossed the towels on the rack in a pile, also placed some towels on the couch because they didnt want to go in the room. Some of the employees were rude. We rented the condo for 5 days. They offered limited house keeping services, but after 3 days they were supposed to do a full clean, including making beds and changing sheets.

They said, i'm only making one bed, and they didnt even clean like they were supposed to. NOT ONLY THAT, but the housekeeper had the nerve to open pots and pans in the kitchen to look at the food we were cooking.

I am appauled and disgusted and will NEVER RETURN OR RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The water park, both indoor and outdoor, were average. I had more fun at 6 flags great america.

We stayed in a fabulous 2 bedroom condo with a full kitchen. It came FULLY stocked with everything I needed. I felt silly bringing a cooler of food until I saw many others doing the same thing. We had weather problems - a tornado warning which sent everyone to the tunnel, power outage for almost 12 hours, torrential downpours, barricaded streets due to flooding.

We were to receive "light housekeeping" every day but even though they were on our floor, we had to ask for garbage bags and towels 3 times before finally getting them on Sunday at 10:00 am - - this because they knocked on our door to see if we'd checked out yet and not because they were bringing them to us.

We did not get the full use of the facility but management gave everyone $100.00 gift certificates good for a future stay - valid for one year with 7/1-9/1 being blacked out. we will try it again and hope for better weather!

Dinning was great. The indoor water parks were fun. The outdoor water park was disappointing.
