37 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We went there on our honeymoon and had a terrible experience: We were the only guests at this new hotel, but were cheated on the room rate, services and everything they could think of. We ended up paying 50 percent more than was generously budgeted. Folegandros and all the Cycladic islands are lovely, and the people there are overwhelmingly honest. Just give this awful place a miss!

I am not likely to return to the Chora Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.
