They have excellent service and staff and I will definitely stay there next time I'm visiting Chicago.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The check-in clerk was the nicest one I have ever met. When we came too early, he helped us find a safe place to put our luggage while we saw the city. And when we returned, he remembered our names and upgraded our room for free because it wasn't ready before.
