I liked the very pleasant staff, easy check in, convenient location, and the great bar and restaurant (kids eat free). I didn't like the slow and busy elevators, and the fact that the specials advertised were not available.

This hotel was okay, I stayed at the Park Hyatt before I stayed at this hotel so I'm a little spoiled. I think it could have been better though if my standards weren't so high.

The stay was generally fine, except for some problems. On arrival, only one of our two rooms was showing up on their reservations screen. We had booked two rooms and had the confirmation information for the two rooms. Upon arriving in the rooms, one of the non-smoking rooms smelled horribly of smoke, so we asked to be moved. When we entered our second set of rooms, there weren't any bath towels in the rooms, and it took two calls to room service to get the appropriate towels in our rooms. Nothing was done to compensate us for our troubles.
