Gym needs to open at 5:30AM like the weekdays--wanted to work out on Saturday before my flight back but couldn't.

The eggs on the breakfast buffet were not from this planet

Overall, had a great stay and will most likely stay again when I'm in Chicago.

The hotel was located close to my brother that we were visiting. The hotel was comfortable and the service was good.

I walked in a room that was occupied with other guests. The parking price kept changing.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance of all of the places we intended on seeing and it was downtown amongst all of the tall buildings.

I did not dislike anything. I liked its location in the city, the friendliness of the staff and the clean rooms.

The place is very friendly and easy to navigate. It has easy to access parking garage, but it is expensive to park overnight even with parking validation. They have a beautiful ballroom.

The hotel was ok. It was overpriced but in a nice location.

The service was good and the lobby area and the restaurant and the bar were well manned and maintained. The room was ok, but tired. I disliked the old bathroom fixtures and it looked over painted. The carpet was torn in several places and the chair in the room had stains on it. I have stayed in this hotel before because it is in a great location, but it looks like it needs renovation or it is going through some kind of change. Incidentally, the bathroom had sample sized shampoo and conditioner, but no lotion and this used to be offered here.

The hotel was well maintained. The pool was nice, the fitness center was nice, the parking set up was suboptimal, but the hotel had a great location.

It was very convenient for the purpose of our trip.

The location was fabulous. It was right in between the Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier. I wish I had more free time while I was staying there. My room was nice and clean and the staff helpful for the most part. The bar was a bit small and had too smoky odor.

This hotel made me feel important: I did not feel overly important. But I did feel like it mattered that I was staying there. The staff was helpful and courteous.

I was at the hotel for a college track meet at the University of Chicago. The staff was friendly and the hotel is close to Michigan Ave. It was a good experience.

I've stayed here many times for business and it is never clean enough.
