The only good thing about this hotel was that it was conveniently located, right in the center of all the activities. The down sides were as follows: the hotel rooms did not look anything like the pictures on line, there were several days when the hotel ran out of towels , and the maid service was horrible. The maid service came and made the beds and that was it. They never took out the trash or cleaned the bathroom, where there were dead bugs on the walls of the shower, we had to have the maintenance guy take out the trash. The air conditioning did not work for two of the fours days we were there. There were two ipods stolening out of our room when we reported it to the front desk, we were told by the manager that we should of put these items in the safe. But they were stolen out of our luggage.
My friends and I are very easy going we rarely complain but this hotel was very unacceptable. Especially for what we paid that weekend. We absolutely loved Miami, but we would not recommend this hotel to our worst enemy.
