Very affordable, about $80/night (although it was off-season) for two Queens on the water. Liked the little balcony with slider - could see into the bay & even had the right angle for the sunset. Large room and huge bathroom - small TV & phone in the bathroom was nice. TV in room could be bit larger (or maybe an lcd) but that is a quibble.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was pretty extensive including hot options (waffles, biscuits & sausage gravy). It is the farthest motel from the downtown.

We had a suite on the water and loved the separation of the rooms. The bedroom was huge, plenty of room for a port-a-crib, and the bathroom was nicer than ours at home. The only reason for a "9" is the wicker furniture in the sitting room. It just wasn't as nice as the nice wood furniture in the bedroom.

We had to stay for a week due to damage to our house. It was perfectly adequate even with a small baby. The little kitchen area was a life-saver with a microwave, fridge, and small cupboard.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty nice. We didn't use the pool.

It was comfortable and reasonably priced. I had stayed there several years earlier and I thought it might not be as nice because of the low price but I still really enjoyed my stay there despite the rainy weather outside.
