Our room was not clean. There was dirty plastic silverware in the room and behind the nightstand (pulled it out to plug something in) there was a hair brush, receipts, coins, and a spoon. There was also a big long dark hair in the bathtub.
We called back after our stay to dispute part of our pre-auth charge and both the front desk and the manager raised their voices to me and both were rude.
I love the location, but the Riverstone Inn is right next door to the hospital too, so we will never stay at the Cherry Tree again!
