This hotel ought to be condemed, as it had rat traps outside their back door, and mouse traps in their public restrooms. Stay away from this hotel unless you like electrical cords that are frayed or showers which set off fire alarms. No matter the cost, this place is more like a European hostel and should be closed until the place in torn down and replaced.

All in all, if you're coming here just for a decent room and NOTHING else, then this place is fine for you. I traveled here for work (where we're not authorized to get a rental car), and although the room was decent, the hotel did not have any of the basic amenties that a cheap super 8 might supply. (not to mention, their ad above is incorrect). "Four Points Denver Cherry Creek features Boulevard Bistro"s burgers, sandwiches, steaks and seafood. Bistro Lounge has daily happy hour specials and two pool tables". Unless I'm not good enough to enjoy some of these, they don't have it. I was tired and got in late from traveling, assuming they'd have a restaurant or room service, but was told upon check in they only offer room service from 6am - 11am. Thus, no dinner or lunch food served at the hotel at all.
The second item that I don't understand is every hotel I have stayed in has always had complementary coffee somewhere out in the lobby. Given, it may not be very good, but either way, they have it. Well, this place does not. And that was a horrible dissapointment for me, cause I was sitting in one of their conference rooms all day, and was really looking forward to grabbing a cup during our breaks to help keep me awake, and warm (the room was freezing!).

It was a very nice hotel, with just two problems. They had no vending machines with food. In order to get snacks you must walk about two blocks to the store. Also, there is little control over water temperature, so you might have to deal with a too hot or too cold shower. Also, you cannot close the door while showering because the steam can set off the smoke detector, so keep that lack of privacy in mind when deciding how many rooms to book.

I loved the hotel. Everyone there went out of their way to help me with things I needed. I would stay there again for sure. It's about forty minutes from the airport.

This hotel is in need of refurbishment. The toilet was dirty because it did not flush properly, the wash hand basin was cracked and the rest of the bathroom was in poor shape.

I was completely suprised the Sheraton Four Points would have their name on this hotel. The rooms where extremly hot (85 with the windows closed) and traffic noise kept me up all night. A breakfast with eggs, bacon and a waffel cost $21.00. Heck the continental breakfast bar was $10 bucks. Just awful!
