Excellent
This was a beautiful bed and breakfast.It was clean and had nice accomodations. We really enjoyed our balcony surrounded by beautiful, lush tropical greens. It was close to Duvall Street but far enough away for quiet.

Had written a negative review on hotel... General Manager (of small historical hotel chain) never informed of problem... Resolved my problem immediately.
He is aware of situation and willing to work with you! Isn't that all you could ask for? I do stand by original comments but would give them a chance!
The previous on-site manager was fired after our stay!

We stayed there several years ago and just made reservation again for Nov. The service was wonderful from time of reservation until we left. The rooms are quaint and close to everything that you want or need to do in Key West. Located close to Denny's where breakfast is good at 4AM. Was given a tour of the grounds upon arrival.

The Staff at the Chelsea House was very friendly, and provided information to 1st time visitors to Key West. Within walking distance to everything. 3 blocks to Duvall Street. From there 11 very short blocks to Sloppy Joes, Hogs Breath, and...
From the moment we stepped into the Chelsea House I felt such a warm and cozy feeling. The people were all soooooo friendly and kind. The room that we had was very clean.Oh don't let me forget the food, WOW..

The hospitality, cleanliness, grounds, pool,closeness to Duval and overall accomadations at the Chelsea House were great. The room we stayed in was a little uncomfortable but we managed. I did not like the fact that there were no full length...
