I was surprised that internet service was not provided with the cost of the room. I had to pay extra to access the internet. That was surprising and disappointing for a hotel attached to a convention center.

This hotel made me feel respected: They met us at the car to unload the baggage and helped us find a restaurant.

Although I had a problem with the room, it was quickly cleaned up.

This hotel made me feel hip: It was just hip and cool that my husband and I were able to have an anniversary trip there and stay up late and order room service late and act like kids.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I like the stress-free dealings with staff. I felt secure.

I was misled by the website, which misstated the number of restaurants in the hotel. I found the service at the restaurant erratic.

This hotel made me feel important: It was my first business trip, and even though I look young for my age, no one questioned my authority, and the staff treated me with the same respect they would have given a more distinguished-looking person.

This hotel made me feel content: I like the good room and location, and how the staff knew where I could grab a bite to eat very late at night.

I enjoyed the service and atmosphere immensely. I only wished that there was a little more to do later in the night, maybe something like a 24-hour game room with pool table or something.

This hotel made me feel important: Well, my boyfriend and are both very young and, with that being the case, we're often overlooked at places such as nice hotels. The Marriott location did not do this at all. We were treated exceptionally well and didn't want to leave.
