Cape Cod?s quintessential luxury seaside resort has been a renowned and beloved Cape Cod landmark since 1914. With one-quarter mile of the most spectacular private beach on Cape Cod, this grand oceanfront resort would be impossible to recreate today. The historic Main Inn offers luxuriously appointed guestrooms and private suites. Recently constructed cottages with luxurious bathrooms are nestled throughout the property most of which have balconies, decks or terraces with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The new spa suites, designed to facilitate in room treatments, provide an adults only sanctuary with easy access to the adjacent Spa and outdoor relaxation pool.

The Chatham Bars Inn is a beautiful resort but not worth the hefty price tag...$600.00 a night for a room that is just average and no view of the ocean. The location is fantastic and the beach and pool were beautiful. We were also happy with the service. There just was nothing special about our room...it was equipped with two queen beds and a small wooden table and two chairs. a chest of drawers with a tv on top and a small fridge. The rooms are small and tired looking for $600.00 a night. I expected an oversized room with a comfortable sitting area. I would have felt good about our stay had the room been $300.00 a night.
