The Chateau is a very pretty resort. The upside to the Chateau is everyone is very nice and the rooms are immaculately clean. The down side is that for what you get the rooms are way over priced!!! You have to pay extra for internet and LOCAL phone...
Went for my in-laws 50th anniversary. Used the free boats (canoes) almost every day, rented an excellent pontoon boat and tube one afternoon. Beautiful sunsets, poolside drinks, very nice room.
The Chateau is on the top of my list for places to stay! I was on a week long trip with my husband who was required to attend 3 different conferences at 3 locations. We stayed 3 nights at the Chateau. It was wonderful. We had a suite with a balcony...

Wow..because you think you are staying at the best resort in Branson....stop...it isn't what you are expecting! It is DUSTY and the buffet is not worth the money! The food in the cafe will not fill you up and it is expensive! A anniversary...
We went in December and the Chateau was very crowded and had a lot of loud drunks in the atrium that could be heard all the way to the 7th floor. We had to call the front desk on all the nights of our stay b/c we could not sleep (and we are in our...
