The location was okay. The comfort was great but the service was poor. The not free internet cost a lot and you get a little.

I am not likely to return to the Chateau Sonesta Hotel New Orleans.
I would not recommend it to friends.

56 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I have stayed there many times, the last one was after the Hurricane. Things seemed as normal, wonderful as always. It is better than the Royal Sonesta.

I am very likely to return to the Chateau Sonesta Hotel New Orleans.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
