No place to hang clothes... rack had fallen off wall and never replaced. No fitted sheets on beds... TV got 5 channels which were blocked for shows PG-13 or higher (seriously!!)... pop (soda) machine was broken and looked like it had been for months if not years... Manager could only find one room key, promised to bring us another but never did.
I was a district manager for over a decade and stayed in a number of less-than-spectacular places. This was by far the worst!
