The best hotel I have ever stayed. – Posted Aug 17, 2008

Excellent

I loved all. My room was so nice, clean, with everything I needed: fridge with freezer, alarm clock, internet for free, tv, iron,...the installations were all clean. I enjoyed the pool and spa...I checked in before I was supposed to. I never had to...

Mediocre
59 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

room with a European "touch". Very little of that- needed more decor -walls boring. Room was very hot took all night to cool it off. For the price air should have been on since the room was reserved several days earlier. Checkin was here are your keys-no info on restaurant-ck out time etc. No friendly hello. Beds were good and room was clean. Had to call to front desk 2 times in order to get a plumbing issue repaired.

What do I have to do to get a call back? – Posted Jul 03, 2008

Horrible

I left a pair of shoes in my room. When I returned home I called the hotel to find them. They told me that I had to speak to housekeeping, but they're busy all the time so I would have to leave a message on their voicemail and was told not to...

Horrible
38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Place was a mess. Stayed there 2/15/08. Thought it would be romantic... nope! Staff was unfriendly and acted as if we were putting them out by asking for a phone book, which was not in our room. Guess what else wasn't in our room? Our alarm clock! Had to ask for that and the "sweet little girl" at the desk had my husband come down to get another one?!?!?! We had a drink in their bar before dinner and that was the only enjoyable experience. Great bartender. Our meal may have been dropped on the floor and put back on the plate (that is what it looked like). Although we did not swim we went down to the pool and found cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Best $119.00 ever spent! Hope this place gets a complete renovation starting with the manager (he was a treat)!

We had to move our family reunion here very quickly as another hotel did not work out. The staff was awesome -- very helpful and accomodating. They made everything easy! The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay...

Horrible

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for a wedding. We'll never go again. Service is horrible to non-existent, and staff is rude. Additionally, they charged my credit card twice and now I am trying to get get reimbursed.

Don't fall for...
