Chase Suite Hotel by Woodfin Kansas City Hotel - Page 1

I love the room, especially the kitchen. I live in chase suite for 1 month and half. I feel very comfortable with the room and the service provide by chase suite.

It was very well kept and better than expected.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were greeted by the employees every time we were in the lobby and they always helped immediately.

When we checked in this time, we had a room that was very hot and the heat could not be adjusted downward. It could not be repaired until the following day so the couple that slept upstairs in the loft bedroom had a bad night's sleep due to the excessive heat. We had windows open to bring in cooler air but that was not enough because the heater never did shut off until it was repaired. We were disappointed that they did not move us to another room that did not have this problem.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Front desk personnel are very nice and eager to fix any problems.

They were real nice about my payments.

This hotel made me feel respected: When I arrived, I was greeted warmly. Anything that I needed, I received without any questions asked. I was not hounded by security.
