Wow! Just came back from staying for two nights at the Chase. The room/hotel was definately old and must have had some things recently renovated. I liked the kitchenettes, but the beds were ROCK hard, and the bathroom and bathtub unclean. ...

It has potential and is located centrally to where I intended on going.It was not clean, the room had ants, and my requests were ignored, poor customer service. The floor in the bathroom was still dirty, the lobby fans, tables, floor and counters...

The space in the room.There was no indoor pool. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Salt Lake City and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Chase suites is a good bet if you are in Salt Lake city for skiing etc but not on Business. They have pretty good rooms and the morning breakfast is something that is convenient and good, except that it lacks variety. There are a bunch of women...

We stayed at the Chase suite hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. We were close to Trolley Square, Temple Square, and relatives' homes. The room was big enough, with a full kitchen, that we even had the relatives over to our hotel for hot chocolate one...
