This is our second stay at the Chase Park Plaza. We were on the ninth floor and the club area was perfect for our family of 3 because of varied sleeping habits. The variety of times open and food...

Live band plays on Fridays and Saturdays in bar/pool area until 1:00 a.m. Reverberating base made it extremely hard to sleep. Called front desk which advised this was a hotel tradition and couldn't do anything about it. Overall room was spacious ...

Everything about this hotel was more than satifactory for us. It was easy to find. The service was excellent from the minute we arrived to the time we left. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. The Restaurant is one of our favorites and I ...
The staff was indifferent at best and I believe they think they are working in the Chase of old. A reworked relic at the wrong end of town. Pretty but way over priced for the value offered. Not your grandmother's Chase Park Plaza.

Pure luxury, St. Louis-style. The Chase Park Plaza seems like the hotel where dreams come true. Housed in a gorgeous location directly across from St. Louis' famed Forest Park, many suites in this newly renovated hotel boast incredible park views. My experience with the Chase was perfect from the moment I arrived. My bags were whisked away efficiently while I was greeted by name at check-in. Upon entering my one-bedroom suite (where my bags were immediately and cheerfully delivered), I was welcomed with potted orchids, a full kitchen and an elegant sitting area outfitted with a selection of magazines, including those specific to the St. Louis area. The suite also featured a walk-in closet and a sumptuous bed - far more indulgent than I'd seen in a hotel before and stacked to the nines with fluffy pillows. (Extra pillows and blankets were stored in the closet.) Their recent $100 million renovation shows in every detail. The in-house movie theater and killer location (just off the new, upscale Maryland Plaza shopping district and a mere block from the Central West End) offer a bevy of entertainment, shopping and dining options even for those visiting the city without a car. The concierge at the Chase Park Plaza scored a reservation at the newest restaurant in the area with nary a blink, even though our own efforts to do so had been futile. This hotel delivers everything it promises are more. I only spent one night in this hotel, but I could have happily spent a week here. Room service at breakfast was delivered a mere 10 minutes after ordering, and although I had only ordered a bagel and coffee, they included fruit and yogurt at no charge "to make a more balanced breakfast." The man who delivered the breakfast was so warm and efficient that it was hard not to feel completely cared for and pampered. From start to finish, that cared for, pampered feeling is what I got from Chase Park Plaza. It will always be my most highly recommended hotel in the St. Louis area, and the only place I'll stay from now on.
I am very likely
to return to the Chase Park Plaza Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Hotel lobby is gorgeous and the hotel has lots of amenities, but the suite we stayed in had a terrible view and the decor and furniture was unimpressive. I love old hotels, but for the price, the rooms lacked the charm of most older hotels that...

The Chase was fantastic! Located in the Central West End the Chase offered access to an entire street full of nice restaurants, bars, and Forest Park, one of St Louis's great attractions. The staff was very welcoming and tended to our every need....
