Excellent
The guest service staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. We loved the location because it was close to downtown and it was only four miles from the Bank of America Stadium.

I could not believe the quality of everything at this Hotel. It was all 5 star. Pillow top mattress and plasma TV were great. The extra items in the bathroom were great also. They were bath and Body Works products which is alot better than regular hotel shampoos and soaps. Extramely clean to the max...There renovations have really put this place at the top...I have already recommended this place to alot of people.

Good
I guess I'll start with how I found the hotel. The parking lot was a bit cramped for my full-size car but I found there to be plenty of parking spaces. The lobby had multiple entry points and was comfortably large. The staff got me checked in...

Okay
The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. I did not like that internet was only wireless since the first floor had horrible reception. I was dissapointed that there was a fee for internet access. Most hotels I stay in has complimentary internet...

The location was very good and there was room to walk and restaurants and a mall nearby. The restaurant was very good for the breakfast buffet and everything I expected about the hotel was what I found.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Charlotte Marriott Executive Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

The results of the renovation are fine. Its definite advantage is its location. One downside is the really slow elevators, they should consider limiting the staff's use of them to transport their room service carts during high guests traffic hours. Another is the switch they made from Ethernet based to wireless internet access in the rooms. They charge you for the use of internet for all the nights even if you use it only once. Avoiding that requires dealing with the front desk each day of the stay or having them take it off the bill as you leave. It is annoying and it wastes your time. Finally, as is the case with most hotels of most brands and not just this one, the lighting seems insufficient to my taste.

to return to the Charlotte Marriott Executive Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
