The hotel is a little confusing to get to, but it is otherwise a great budget hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and a great deal. The front desk clerk was very nice and the hotel was conveniently located to several restaurants and gas stations.
The room was decorated well. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel has been recently remodeled and it looks brand new.
I am very likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn Charleston - Kanawha City.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room had just been completely remodeled. New floors , bedding, decor, paint, etc. For the price you can't beat this. I've stayed at another hotel about 100 yards away that was double the price. They could use a bigger parking lot though. We'll...

Excellent
Hotel was having alot of remodeling done to the rooms but our room was new, very clean and service was excellent. The people who run the hotel went out of ther way to make us comfortable. Very affordable. Well worth the price.
52 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Red roofs are always a good stay. The only thing that was wrong on this stay was that a few items in the room weren't working such as the phone and a light. I reported and they gladly fixed it.
