28 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Good location, but TERRIBLE service:
1. First sent us to a room that was not cleaned by housekeeping yet
2. Send us to a second room that was "cleaned" by housekeeping, but had an open Trojan condom wrapper on the bed
3. Third & final room we received was clean, but the main light was not working
4. Housekeeping barged in at 9am on a Sunday morning declaring "housekeeping" even though we were still sleeping. No apologies, only a slammed door.
5. Housekeepers were loudly talking in the hallway from 9:30-10am with lots of profanity. I actually thought there was a fight going on in the hallways.
The worst part is that despite everything that happened over a course of the weekend, no apologies were offered. What a disgrace! A letter was written to the management and no response was returned.
