I loved the price that we got that included the car valet. It was very centrally located and the staff was great! It was for our honeymoon and they had champagne and glasses set up for us in the room. They also gave us a really nice room with a great view of Union Square.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They put a well wishing card because it was our honeymoon.

The hotel is small and friendly and right on Union Square and it has great charm because it is the original high rise hotel in San Francisco. The rooms have been very tastefully modernized and while an odd shape they are really quite comfortable. The staff is always great, friendly and helpful and I have never had any problem with checking in or out or in any other way. The rooms are spotless and kept up by the staff.

The hotel is good value for the money. It is also very reasonably priced.

It’s an excellent value and has good service. Its location is central to San Francisco. The staff makes you feel as if you are a regular guest.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a wonderful lobby with oversized chairs and couch, flowers, and fruit. They offer many extra amenities such as in room spas, various style pillows and even a yellow rubber ducky for the bath!

This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel, but it is perfect for those on a budget, who like to explore.

The hotel is right in the middle of the action and you can get to almost anywhere in the city without a car. The rooms are definitely old, and the elevator and stairwells are narrow. The service was great during my stay. I would recommend this hotel if you were going to be out and about most of the time.
