Chalet Motel Marinette Motel - Page 1

I love staying at the Chalet. I travel alone mostly, but sometimes my grown children stay here also for family events. I am a female in my mid fifties, and feel very safe staying here. I like the atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable. Nothing overly fancy, but clean and neat and very enjoyable to me. The owners are friendly, and care about their customers. For the price and service, I think staying here is a great deal!!! I come every year, and prefer my privacy so stay here instead of my brothers place, which is just down the side street. Very nice and convenient motel.... This year I will stay here twice for a total of 11 nights. I will continue to be a return customer.... I have never had any complaints. Language barriers on making reservation and checking in. Very uncomfortable with the room temperature only 65 degrees and no way to control air conditioning temperature in room. Window stuck tight and couldn't get fresh air..

Room reeked of cleaning spray or deodorizer(?)-breathing got difficult and had to leave. Management offered to change the sheets which wasn't the problem.. Price inflated because all motels booked for local event. Would not recommend.
