If you want to visit South Beach yet not have it in your face 24/7, this is a good place to stay. I would almost say that the location is perfect, since you're a block away from the beach and a short walk from all you want from the city (you don't even need a car, they have a very inexpensive shuttle that goes all around the city, which is great if you're partying).
They include a nice continental breakfast as well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are sparse (modern), yet very comfortable (I slept very well every night). The only problem with the rooms is in the bathroom, which has no tub, yet the shower has no door (it's not really that bad of a problem, just kind of odd). They also set out some great bath products (from Bath & Body Works), which was very surprising and a treat.
The whole stay was great and I would definitely recommend that you stay here if you're planning to go to South Beach.
