36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
So, here is the thing....I know that I am older (36) and I have stayed at some pretty amazing hotels in my life but even with my boyfriend in tow whom can find comfort absolutely ANYWHERE this place was deplorable. The first room that they gave us was a "bungalow". It over looked a parking lot where people came to detail their cars and cabs. Our all inclusive consisted of 4 ounces of beer at a time, one type of Tequila (I think there was rum back there too) and rotini noodles lightly dusted with marinara (I think). The room that we were moved to the next day was not horrible (nice deck, good sized, had cable) however, our bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold (maybe leading to my illness, maybe not?) and when the housekeepers did show up to clean, they left our door wide open all day. The amenities looked similar to a shipwreck. The pool had falling wooden porches and supports and there were no beach chairs to use. The beach was not bad and it was better since you can use the pool at Dos Playas. If I were a struggling 19 year old looking for a cheap place to stay and had no valuables, I would consider this location minus the all-inclusive package, but that really would be it. It was gross.

Horrible
The room was not appealing, no hot water, molding in the bathroom, air conditioner barely worked, hard mattress, same food everyday, sheets were not changed regularly, ants problem throughout the room, and uncleaned beach and pool.
