All rooms were smoking rooms and there is nothing they can do about that. We had a "newly remodeled room" when we walked in the room a cupboard door was hanging from it's hinges, screws were exposed, mold in the master bathroom because there was no shower curtain, all in all pretty dirty, dryer vent didn't vent outside it vented into the condo,wiring exposed in cupboard over microwave. All of this was brought up to the Assistant Manager and he said that it was hard for him to believe because the condo we were staying in was only remodeled about 30 days ago, but he would be happy to come look at it. He never showed up! I've stayed at several timeshare condo's in the past and this was the worse one we ever stayed at.

This place is extremely bad news!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

My 2 elderly parents and I had our identities stolen from our one week stay at this place. They are extremely careless with your personal information and where it is placed, how they use it and to whom has access to it. BEWARE! You can't trust anything about this place.

The Front Desk Staff and Resort Management staff are rude, unprofessional, unorganized, careless and do not have any regard for people with handicaps or the elderly. They have major problems getting booking correct and the ones that they do get correct end up coming back to the desk because they have something wrong with the room when they get there or it is just so bad they can't stay in it. And don’t let me forget to mention the extra hidden charges when you arrive and when you check out. If you just spend 30 minutes in the lobby and observe all the issues and how they are handled or lack there of being handled you will run as far away as you can from this place.

For the most part this place should be checked out by the health department and other government agencies. The rooms are well below the living standards of most. There are only 2 building that are even decent and even in those that they say were remodeled in 2004, 2005 and 2006 have major sewage problems. Toilets back up into the bath tubs. When they have the sewage problem you are lucky to have enough water pressure to get any water. They have mice, ants and other insect problems as well. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. This is NOT the place to stay if you are looking for an enjoyable family vacation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!! This is the biggest joke of a RESORT....if thats what they call it... The customer service of this company is disgusting.....

It was a great hotel, with a friendly staff, and very beautiful.

This hotel made me feel important: They give you a welcome package when you sign in. It’s a very nice touch.

They are close to the theme parks, but they are not "family friendly". They do not accommodate non-smokers. The people in the room next to us were smoking cigars. The smoke came under the door that was between our unit and theirs. We had a haze of cigar smoke in out unit. The room that the kids were supposed to sleep was full of smoke. The front desk refused to help with the problem. They told us that "All of the rooms are smoking rooms". They also would not move us to another unit, even though they appeared to have many vacant units. We only stayed for 2 days instead of the 7 that we originally planned on. We also had problems with housekeeping. We requested fresh towels and it took 2 days and 3 phone calls to get them.
