We were reserved for a three night stay at this motel, but checked out a day early. We were told there was a kitchenette, and, indeed there was, but found that there were no utensils, dishes or cookware. Not even one fork! When we brought this up with the front desk they shrugged it off. We went to the nearby Safeway for some food that didn't need much prep. Nor did it need refrigeration, so we left the stuff in the bag. The next day, we realized that the maid had thrown our groceries away (or taken them for herself?)! To say we were livid is an understatement. Again, this was taken up at the desk, but to no avail.

We had come for Shakespeare, and yes, it turned out to be a tragedy.

We did enjoy the swimming pool. The location was ok. The price was outrageous for an outdated, underequipped room (150/night)!
