The staff was friendly, really could'nt ask for much more for service. The room was okay, however there was a terrible stench in the room, I slept with the window open and the air conditioning on, which that also smelled. I dont think I will...

The staff was incredible, helpful and courteous. My only complaint was the lack of available rooms and what I had to settle for was a bit more than I was expecting to pay.
I liked the well lit parking lots. There was limited access to the building with locking doors requiring a room key for access.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Cedarbrook Village Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was located next to where I caught the ferry. I had to convince the desk clerk that they had quoted us a better price than they were going to charge us. I had the reservation confirmation, fortunately.

The hotel did not have coupons as promised. When TV cable went out, the desk staff was rude to our questions and continued to check in four families without telling them of no cable. When I asked about a coffee maker without coffee, I was advised "We only promised the coffee maker, if you want coffee you have to get that yourself". The rooms were below average - peeling wallpaper, mildew smell, and needed paint.

Horrible
We had nothing but problems from the start. We did not have ref. in the room like we where told. They brought one up after a hour. Then we where locked out on the second nite and the third day when we where already paid for we where told by the maid ...
For $99 a night, in the middle of the week, I was hoping that the room would have been a little nicer. The bed and pillows were awful, and the bathroom was a bit broken up.
