I booked online at cedarshore.com and got a great deal, $20. I thought this may be a mistake so I printed my confirmation. When I tried to check in the staff wouldn't honor the rate. They offered their discount rate instead, about $40 more. When I asked for a manager, the owner was contacted and refused to honor their own mistake! I paid up, told them what they did is probably illegal, and got over it. The room was ok and the bar was nice. We ate at the restaurant twice, neither meal was very good. The regular rate of about $100 seems overpriced to me.

The hotel was beautiful, the view of the river was spectacular, food was wonderful, & the Bar staff was out of this world. If you could a chance to discover the hidden treasures of Cedar Shore, I highly recommend that you take the time to do so. Above everything, however, you must take the time to relax at Bridges Bar and/or the Tiki Bar. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the bartenders make you feel right at home and are more than willing to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hidden secret along the shores of the beautiful Missouri River.

I have stayed here before. It is professionally run and clean.

The hotel had a nice location by the water. It was noisy, with people slamming doors and running up the stairs, but overall, the room was nice and clean.
