Causeway Bay Hotel Motel - Page 1

I stayed at The Causeway Bay Hotel on August 9, 2008.

I had a great stay. The room was completely renovated and very clean. Even the television and air conditioner were new. Very quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff.

The lobby, elevator and hallways still need renovating. If these were completed my rating would have been a definite 10.

I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I have stayed at the Causeway Bay Hotel this past week and I have the total opposite opinion of what the "Awful Stay" guest has described.

The new management and staff that is presently there is extremely helpful and welcoming. They are always there to answer your questions and help you when you need it. The room rates are extremely reasonable as well.

The rooms are very neat and clean and recently renovated. (I know this because I had spoken to the Front Desk Attendant about the rooms)

I am going to stay at the Causeway Bay Hotel again when I return to Calgary.

Keep up the great work Causeway.

Terrible experience. staff parties with group guests. management unaccountable. excuses is all you will find at this Hotel. I'm still waiting for my Visa To Be refunded, BBB was useless on this "Checks in the Mail" Hotel.

When you make your travel plans say, "Causeway bay NO WAY!!" and save yourself a long sleepless night.
