The Castle Wood Cottages in Big Bear simply has the most unprofessional, uncaring and rude staff you could ever come across with. We had driven long hours to get there, because they falsely advertise their phone number on BigBear.com under "Pet Friendly" hotels. Talk about illegal false advertising. The guy there was so EXTREMELY MEAN AND RUDE when he saw our little adorable dog. Not only they do false advertising, but the way he responded and how mean and rude he was about it, was what really surprising. They don't care one bit if they hurt your feelings by being so mean to your dog or you. We even brought it up to his attention that how he acted was mean, but he did not even bother to apologize.
