Horrible
Queen Kapiolani's Staff service at the hotel had "Whatever" attitude. We had problems checking in and drinks taken out of our room. "Whatever" no help or compensation just a big "Sorry" like the game. All I'm saying is where is the Staff's Aloha...

If all you want to do in Hawaii is stay in your room, this isn't the place for you. Rooms are small and outdated, but clean and in a great location! Staff was friendly and courtious. I will definitly stay here again.
