Okay
Our tiny room was clean. Beds were firm. Room service was prompt. Pool and pool area were awful - pool area looks like a prison yard, pool is tiny. Restaurant food less than mediocre. Hotel is serviceable - very old, and feels and looks it.

The hotel was easy to get to. It was an old fashioned hotel with old fashioned service. The staff made us really feel like we were welcome. The food was wonderful. I will definitely stay there again.
The staff went out of the way to make us welcome and to make us comfortable.
I am very likely
to return to the Castle Queen Kapiolani Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
